Hi ladies! I am thinking of doing photo save the dates but I can’t seem to find ones that are just right. I tried google and I am not really coming up with any places that do cute ones. I took at look at the ones at weddingpaperdivas.com and weddingtulle.com, and they are nice, but none of them screamed "pick me!" I am kind or retarded when it comes to computers, so I don’t think I really want to go the DIY route.
Does anyone know where I can find pretty photo save the dates?

i dont know about pretty – but we did ours on shutterfly for super duper inexpensive. had 2 smaller side pics of us as kids and the center pic of us and wrote "These Kids Are Gettin Married, our date, and Formal Invitation to Follow"

Thanks for the tips! I just took a look at shutterfly and there are a bunch of new save the date designs. I didn’t see them the last time I was looking at the website. A bunch of them look really cute 🙂

We really liked lil’ duck duck. Although I have to say we actually didn’t get our Save-The-Date Cards from them. However we have announcements, thank you cards, and Christmas cards planned through them now…

If you like a photo magnet, we got ours at magnetstreet.com. They are really reasonably priced, have tons of different designs, and easy to work with.

I create stuff just like Lil Duck Duck – so if you want something I’m happy to create it for you and sell you photo file for you print as you wish (instead of per card at $1.27 each like some places) for like $35.
I used to run a home business where I did this – but put it on the back burner whn planning the wedding and my daughters pre=-shcool and dance picked up.
Just PM me and I’ll get you whatever info and samples you need 🙂

I used someone through Etsy to create a custome photo card for New Years, and it came out great. So if you’re not particularly taken with any of the templates, you can have someone create one for you.

We did our photo magnets through Angela at http://savethedateoriginals.com/index.html and she was absolutely wonderful. Great prices, they arrived very promptly and she was a blast to work with, even when I asked her to change a few things.
To send them out we just got cool cards at Michaels and picked up a box of the photo corners, put one on two opposite corners to make it stick in the card and then I also had a "save this date" stamp that I stamped onto the top of the card. Very easy and people loved it!

I found a design of a save the date that I LOVED, but the website was selling it for $1.99 each! That was way out of our budget, so I had a friend "copy" the design, and I had it printed on vistaprint.com. They came out PERFECT! I even found a coupon for their site, and was able to get the magnets for about $0.35 each.

i used vistaprint.com to upload my picture. but magnetstreet.com had a lot of ideas to choose from…
