Hi Bees, so we’re having a 4 hour photobooth (got off groupon with a company who has no reviews – crossing my fingers). And I just realized – the attendant will be with us during our meal time. Are we expected to feed him? I had already set aside our vendor meal list as photographer, DJ (will be with us for 4.5 hours that evening), and DOC. Blahhh – I feel like the costs just keep piling up, and, of course, would prefer not to but I want to do the right thing. Please let me know what you think!

Never thought of that! We will be getting a photobooth too. Replying to see what everyone else says!

I plan too. I actually just realized this morning that I hadn’t originally counted him. He is going to be there from 5pm-12am so he won’t have a ton of time to grab food beforehand.

Our DJ service is providing our photobooth and attendant. It specifically said in our contract that we should give the people from DJ service food. Since they are there over meal time, even if the contract didn’t say we should, I would have included them in our count.
Side note, your venue should provide discounted meals for the vendors. Our per person price included open bar for 3 hours and cocktail hour apps. Since they aren’t having either of those, the price went way down. I’d ask for the same from your venue if they aren’t discounting their meals already.

Lol – I was able to answer my own question so I wanted to post a reply. I spoke with the photobooth company and they said the attendant will set up and then leave to get his/her own meal.

I think that depends how long they’re there. Our dinner was at 7 and the photobooth was from 8-10, I never considered a vendor meal for them.
