I think you could get away with just doing a small sign or two at each table to be honest! If you really want to do a small sign at each seat, I would probably keep it about the size of an escort card and just keep it simple like “FYI: We will have a photobooth open this evening! Have some fun! We can’t wait to see your best shot!”

or get the MC or DJ to announce it . i wouldnt waste time/money TBH! we had a photobooth and the guests saw it themselves, didnt need to be told as it was in a place everyone was around.

Have the Dj or MC announce the photobooth. Nobody read the signs we put on our tables anyway

I would get the mc to announce it, easiest and most convenient.

If you really wanted something at the table you could put a different prop at each with a little  note saying grab your prop strike a pose.

@ykondr2:  we’re just having the DJ announce it too.  But I’m also a big big paper fan so maybe you’re like me and want to make them 🙂 ….if I have time I might make them anyways :)….I’d just make a business card size.
