Congrats AliCherri!

I met with Caroline Tran (nice girl, nice work 🙂 and I have big love for Christine Farah (she’s over 3K for bare min though).  I cannot say enough fabulous things about my photographer Marlin Munoz (http://www.marlinmunoz.com).  He’s a great photographer, extremely reliable, flexible, fun, and always smiling.  He just shot my engagement photos in SF  – they will be up on his blog this week 🙂  His prices rock too: 2K includes 8 hrs, engagement shoot, high res CD and a second shooter (his *awesome* wife Marlene).

As a photographer, I highly suggest meeting people in person as you should love their personality as much as you love their work.  Also, some photographers are better than others at displaying their work on their web/blog.  I really liked Marlin’s work online but I LOVED it when he showed it to me in person.

PM me if you have questions!

For any other OC/LA brides out there, a good friend of mine used http://www.adriennegunde.com/ for her wedding last summer.  Everyone loved Adrienne’s photos and her rates were really reasonable too.  She was super easygoing and fun to work with too!

I have to recommend my photographer (he’s based in LA/OC) Michael Erdkamp:

He’s not as edgy as some, but he captures emotion better than anyone I’ve seen (without being cheesy).  He’s also super duper nice…I’m so excited to work with him!
