I also like C & E. I think D has some potential as well, but I understand not wanting to use someone with less experience.

@BeeRod527:  I’m confused, you said your budget was 3500, and “E” came in at that rate. Why did your fiancé shut it down? if its the cost, ask if you can customize to take away the engagement session and album to help with costs. 

C would be my first pick followed by E. A I just don’t feel like does a very good job as their portfolio isn’t consistent. $3500 is a good budget, and you shouldn’t have a problem finding a good photographer in that budget. it’s far better to book a fantastic photographer for less hours than a crappy photographer for more hours.
