Your paying her to take photos, you can ask for 10 pictures of your shoe and 5 of the grass if you want. That is ridiculous!

You need to talk to her and express your concerns. I advise against signing anything close to dress code policy. it sounds very unfair if it doesn’t cover men’s attire also. plus this is not her business to tell the bride what she is and isn’t going to wear! You paying this woman to do the work, not the other way around! Enough said.
This is the “excessive cleavage” that I thought of when I read your OP. I’m glad you are skipping on this photographer.
I am a wedding photographer of 10 years and that’s the most crazy a$$ thing I’ve ever read. Run.
paintitblackcat9: Thats just weird and personally I would not choose to work with that photographer. Are they particularly religious or something?
not cool. YOU are the bride so these should be decisions made by you. I’d move on to the next photographer.
eeniebeans: I saw this and spet my coffee everywhere!!! Bahahaha!!!!
eeniebeans: Lol!
OP, send her this photo and tell her this is your dress and will it be acceptable if you can ensure your boobs don’t “flop out all over the place?” 😉
OMG I wouldn’t sign on principle alone. ITS YOUR DAMN DAY. If you want to show cleavage, do it. Who the hell is she to tell you what to wear. Beyond offensive.
I wouldn’t sign the contract. I wonder how much business she actually gets with these terms?
Does she feel the need to come shopping with you and your bridal party when you make your attire selections? Becuase, it sort of seems like she would need to in order to ensure her “terms” are all met when trying on dresses and finding the one. If not, then she really doesn’t have a say in what anyone wears.
She’s definitely limiting herself and who she ACTUALLY wants to work with.
What the…..?!?! NO WAY would I agree to that. You’re the bride, it’s your wedding, and if you want to get married in nipple pasties and a g-string, holding a Python then you can. Does this pholograph we understand that they are a paid employee on the day, they get zero say in your choice of attire?
