desertbride2k15: That’s what I would try to do. It’s one thing if she, for example, was robbed of EVERYTHING. However, if you have client’s information that they paid lots for, then you should have backups. My friend and I used to photograph for weddings (she took the photos, I did all the editing) and the first thing I would do when she got home from the shoot was to save the photos to my computer, then back them up to a cloud server. It’s enescusable that she did not do something like this.

Don’t try to recreate the event at the venue. It won’t be the same and who wants fake photos. I would have her do a nice shoot in a really cool location Instead and have her pay for the hair makeup and other associatiated costs. Don’t do a go fund me page. That’s ridiculous. No one will contribute.

When you do your vow renewal it would be nice if it was in front of your family and friends, then it will be a new experience and people would love to see you get married as they didnt get to the first time. i would use this as an opportunity to enjoy being able to get married all over again.
