She’s who we’re using and she’s FABULOUS!  Her basic package (E-shoot, 2 shooters for 6hrs on your wedding day, dvd of images, edited slideshow within 1 week of the wedding of her favorite images, and a $200 credit towards prints/albums) is $4k (before taxes).

She also gives discounts for brides planning a more eco-friendly wedding.  Ask about her Bee Green discount for info on that.

I also looove the work of Anna Kuperberg http://www.kuperberg.com/  but I have no idea about her pricing.

I adored our photograher, Shoot Me Now Photography, they were so easy to work with, very flexible to our requests, but gave great direction when we needed it! We’re about to get all our photos back from them, but our teaser pics were amazing! They have flexible packages too, so I’m sure they would be in your budget.

Anna Kuperberg is fabulous, but more in the $9K range if I remember correctly. That was her cheapest package.

Cliff Brunk is shooting our wedding and I highly recommend him. I’d also check out Lucie XYZ photography and ChocoStudio. Those were the others we considered before booking Cliff, and should be in your price range.

I can’t say enough about my photgraphers. They are a pair of adorable and fun gals with two cameras. They were super nice and really professional. They took amazing shots and the pictures I have seen so far have been outstanding. They were also afordable.I posted their link below. Names are Janet and Lisa.

Our sneak peak of our photos areon their blog right now. We are the yellow wedding in Carmel Valley.

Good Luck!!

Looking for a photojournalistic style, we found two surprisingly reasonable options: Hardy Wilson and nLighten images.  We also had Erica Berger shoot our city hall ceremony – she does awesome portraits, but less photojournalistic stuff.

As a day-of wedding coordinator, I have worked with many different types of photographers, but I still swear by the one who shot my wedding (and the weddings of some of my best friends and clients): Jack Hecker @ http://www.jackhecker.com.

Great pricing, great personality, great pictures!  Check him out.  🙂

Good luck finding your own photographer!
