I think that’s a pretty good deal, their work is great, but  you can always compare prices with other photographers in your area just to be sure!

@MissComicBook: I would request to see a few full weddings (meaning not just the ones to make the website or blog). This will let you see what you can expect to get from your wedding. You’ll also be able to see the prices for individual prints. There can be a huge variance.

I would compare the full weddings of a few photographers to be sure you like what you’re getting.

That sounds like a great deal. The most important thing for me was having a disc with the images – getting two photographers, an e-session, and an album (!) are major bonuses.

I didn’t look at the photographer’s site, but of course a lot depends on the photographers experience, talent, and demand.  The other thing is the album, price and quality vary drastically.  Find out more about their offering.  What brand is it?  how many pages/images?

I think that sounds like a great deal.  We all know wedding photography is expensive, but if you love the photos and the photographers it is totally worth it!  My wedding photography package is 2400 and includes: 2 photographers for 8 hours, engagement session, online ordering gallery, full printing rights, and wedding day proofs.  Our engagement pics were taken about a month ago and I love them!  I am glad I paid a little more to have photos I love….and photographers that are awesome!  I know I won’t have to worry about how the pictures will turn out on the wedding day.

It sounds like a really good price to me!  If you are satisfied with the quality and know that this is the right photog for you.

My photography package includes 8 hours with 2 photographers, disk of images with printing rights, 60 image flushmount album, engagement session (no videography) for $4900.  She was about $1000 more expensive that then other photographers I was looking at but WAY better in all ways.  I think it’s completely worth it.

We may hire an art student or an inexpensive videographer for less than $1500 – the one our photographer suggested was $6000 – way too much for video!

I hope this helps 🙂
