I am looking for advice on including photos with thank you cards. I ordered photo greeting cards from Wal-Mart, so on the front of our thank you cards there is a collage of about six photos. Initially, I thought I would also include some printed 4×6 photos with each card, i.e. for a cousin I would include a posed photo of us with the cousin’s family and some other candid shots of the cousin’s family as well. For some of my dad’s family who didn’t attend, I would include some photos of my parents and siblings.
I have three CDs of high resolution photos from my photographer so ordering quality prints is not a problem. I just don’t know how to organize this! I started flipping through my albums and using post-it notes to jot down how many copies of each photo I would need…but this might take forever!
My photographer did post these photos online but ordering from the photographer would be expensive for each person. That’s why I would like to print some of the photos and give them to people.
My husband thinks it might be easier to create a CD with our favorite pictures and send these to people instead…but I don’t think that helps the less technology savvy people either. Also I would have to burn a lot of CDs.
Any advice or examples of how others organized their wedding photos for thank you cards?
