Maybe used a planter with wheatgrass like some have done with escort cards – people can “plant” their trees in the grass.  [attachment=747529,96187]

How big are those note pads?  They are so cute and I’m sure we can come up with something!

What if you made a blurb book or purchase a blank, hardcover book and people can stick the trees onto the pages.  You can go back later and embellish the pages and add a pic of the person who wrote the message.

You could also have a wishing bowl instead of a tree?

You could have clothespins for people to pin their trees onto a string that you have tied up and it could be a wishing well wall
