I’d leave it alone, personally–the length is fine, but I feel like a monogram (or anything else, for that matter) would be over-the-top.

Leave it as is! It’s very pretty! Still simple and elegant. Don’t add anything!

I think it’s way too over the top to have anything monogramed onto your veil. The veil looks absolutely gorgeous and classic just the way it is… I think it would ruin it if you added anything, and would seem almost cheesy.

I agree – doing anything to the veil that’s not just lace or pearls or beading is over the top and approaching cheesy very quickly.

    It’s stunning as is!

Please do not do the monogram, that is rather cheesey and little narcissit.

And adding the monogram makes the veil unsellable after the wedding, if you ever need to.

    I vote leave as is.

I agree with  @Mrs.H2B and @thewheelsonthebus that the veil is beautiful as is.  Personalizing it might come off as a little tacky.  Let the artisan’s work speak for itself.  It’s gorgeous!

The veil is destined to be a family heirloom.  Don’t add the monogram or date.

I think the length is dramatic enough, anything else is overkill.  Not a fan of the monagram (sorry!)
