Picaboo – Horrible Product & Horrible Company
I have just recently used Picaboo for the first time, spending a great deal of time a book. When the book arrived, the front page & pages 8 & 11 had pictures so blurred that they were unrecognizable. I have been in contact with Picaboo “Support” & corporate over the last 10 days, & the response was completely unsatisfactory. After multiple contacts & weeks of waiting I was finally told that I could follow instructions on a link they were providing to stretch the photos to get them to print unblurred & then repurchase the books for ANOTHER $100, when I have not even received a satisfactory product for the FIRST $100 purchase.
I am sure this is a large company & that things happen, including pictures that might need “tweeking” to get them to print clearly, but my astonishment was that the attitude of the company response to such a problem was basically “Too Bad, So Sad, Not Our Problem”.
I was in great hopes that they truly believed & would stand behind their companies claim to provide a great & amazing product & provide me with a satisfactory solution. They did not. They are a horrible company with a horrible product & once you purchase, no matter how awful the product they send you is, they will do nothing & you are on your own.
Please warn people not to waste their time or money on this horrific company & hopefully others will be spared what I went through.
