I don’t eat seafood (personal choice) so my choices were narrowed down immediately ๐Ÿ˜€ I only chose three: the crostini, tomato shooters, and quesadillas. I would have chosen the chicken, too, but I don’t enjoy olives :p

I will say if I did eat seafood, the scallops and crab cakes sound delicious!

I don’t think you could go too far wrong!  They all sound so good!  One thing that came to mind was that the beats might be a stain hazard if they are something guests are consuming cocktail style.

As a vegetarian, I would be psyched to eat the crostini, gazpacho and beet salad! They sound delicious! I can’t tell you how much I love to see awesomely creative food options at weddings, besides just steak, chicken, and pasta with tomato sauce for us veggie heads. GO FOODIES!

They all sound great!  I voted for my favorites, but I think when you make your final choice you should choose at least 1 chicken/poultry, 1 seafood, and 1 vegetarian.  That way you hopefully have all of your bases covered for various food allergies, diets, and picky eaters.  For the fourth just pick the remaining one that you like the most ๐Ÿ™‚

They all look amazing. Maybe to help decide, you could consider which are the least messy, easiest to eat options.

Wow those all sound really great!  Im sold on anything with gorgonzola so I chose the crostini, along with the tomato shooter, scallops and the duck on wontons. If you are having beef and fish for the dinner, Id lean more toward opposite foods such as chicken, duck, veggie options etc so your guests can get a taste of every type of food!

Well, you definitely made me hungry. They all sound delicious, but I would go with the least messy items.  When you’re standing and trying to balance a drink too, the easier the better.
