130 bucks extra for 10 more sides is a bargain.  I would bite the bullet and just get all the images you want in your album.  In the long run $130 is nothing, and your album will have exactly what you want in it.

lol, i just saw this post after i wrote on your other one about where i said as long as you have all the pics you want, you should be fine!  without knowing the pics you chose, i can’t tell you what to do.  But i know that when i made my album, i was constantly cutting out and then adding in new pictures.  and when i really wanted something to work, i found a way to cut something as needed. So i would think that you can do it.  If you try to be objective and look at the 130 images – are any similar in any way?  if so, probably one of them can go.

as for your questions, i made an album on adoramapix and i wanted to include everything i wanted, so i got 76 pages with 520 images!  i plan to one day get a nice leather professional album with probably not more than 100 or so pics, but the one i want i can’t afford for several years and i had a deal on adoramapix, so i just went with  it and printed about as many as i could fit without it looking too cluttered. i looked at it as printing all my pics and inserting them into a regular album, but it happened to be a photo book.

and i did include pics of my all my guests, but i only had 17 people total, so i don’t think that helps you much!

@USER876: I wish I could get 10 more sides for $170. That is a bargain. I cut and cut and cut and I still couldn’t get to 100. I was stuck at 115 and I was almost hyperventilating. I decided to bite the bullet. If it can fit, okay. If not, I’d pay a bit extra. It’s just that my photographer did such a great job and we are so in love with all the pictures…

@PinkMagnolia: I’m having the *exact* same issues right now! (I can’t really answer any of your questions b/c they’re things I’m wondering myself…)

Right now I have picked 156 pictures, and I would like to weed it down to closer to 100… Aside from all of our Wedding Party pictures, we’ll probably have just a few (4-5?) of our friends and people socializing or with us at the reception.

Maybe this isn’t an option for you, if it comes with your photography package, but one thing I’m thinking of doing (I have to look at albums first,) is to just buy a very nice, scrapbook kind of album (not sure if they even make what I’m looking for…leather album but with high-quality insertable pages?) and then attaching pictures that I have ordered from a high-quality printing company (like MPIX) myself. (since there is NO WAY I am spending close to $1000 on this project! We have the digital images forever!)
