Well, Darling Husband is leaving for the weekend and the weather is terrible (rain & thunder) so I am staying in all weekend, sitting on the couch with my PJS on, a blankie and a bowl of popcorn.
All I need is a pile of some good ol’ tear-jerking movies….It doesn’t take much to make a mess outa me: I am pregnant & i’m a wuss 🙂
My ideas so far (no laughing!):
– Jack Frost
– Fly Away Home
– The Last Song
– Georgia Rule
– Lion King (seriously the scene when his dad visits him in the stars kiiillls me)
– My sister’s keeper
– P.S I love you
any movie where the husband, sibling, pet or parent die basically…
Any more I’m not thinking of? I want choices because I’ve watched all of the above 100X each;)

@NewfieBullet: aww! omg…I don’t think I can handle seeing people’s mom’s suffer a chronic illness. Just reading the plot line killed me.

@MissBoPeep: OMG CLICK! RIGHT??!?!?! I knew I wasn’t crazy! No one understood why I was loosing it by the end of that movie…

Marley and Me. Ugh, I can’t even think about it, such a tear-jerker!

When my SO and I first started dating he asked if I wanted to watch a funny movie, and then he put on Click. I thought he was such an a$$hole after that! Haha he had no idea it was going to make me bawl!

The ending of Marley and Me gets me every time… =o(

@paperumbrella: You just beat me to it, that movie pretty much made me cry for days after I saw it. I don’t think I’d be able to watch it now, since I lost my yellow lab a couple of months ago.
Some other ones I can think of now are UP, Edward Scissorhands, My Girl, Old Yeller and RENT. I’m sure there are more, but that’s all I’ve got right now!

Ok I am the weirdest person on earth for this, but there is a scene toward the end of Planes, Trains, and Automobiles that made me cry like I’ve never cried before at a movie. SOBBING. I don’t want to spoil it, but…yeah. It’s a comedy, but for me, anyway, it was the biggest tearjerker ever.
