So if you have been following the saga of when I moved my wedding my mother confessed she hated my dress and I had dress doubts too, I have been trying to find “the” dress. I bought my first one because I liked it and it was different from anything else I tried on but it was not my dream dress. So I went to LA and found a beautiful Eve of Milady and a La Soie and Enzoani all that I liked too. So my Mother-In-Law took me shopping this weekend. To humor her we went to David’s Bridal and btw had a very nice experience where she fell in love with this dress . . .
Then we went to another salon and my cousin in law to be (like a sister to my FI) liked this dress by Maggie Sottero (Primavera I think)
If you look through my other posts you can see me in some other ones. I honestly like them all and feel nice and pretty in them – I have tried on all sorts of shapes and materials and am hesitant because I am not sure that I have the “ONE” if that makes sense. But what if I never get that feeling. I look ok in the dresses and they are all so pretty.
So if you tried on dress after dress after dress and still were not sure what did you do? I am beginning to feel like I am crazy! I do think I want a different dress but want to pick the right one this time.

I think it will hit you when you try on the “the” dress! Go with your gut, if you are having doubts, then its probably for a reason!

I still feel crazy… I’ll let you know when I actually can choose a dress and be happy with it!

Have you tried going by yourself to try on dresses? I think it’s really helpful to go by yourself, you don’t have other people’s opinions pulling you this way and that

Try going with your BEST freind. Don’t pressure yourself.

Pick the elements you like from each of the dresses and just have it made. You have plenty of time.

I knew I found the right dress when I didn’t feel the need to look for any more dresses. You just have to figure out why you are holding out? For me, I couldn’t put a Monique Lhuillier dress out of my head. Other dresses just didn’t compare.

For me it was because they were all merigue dresses, all variations on the same theme. Then I fell in love with a designer and the rest was history. I am just not a traditional person. I love over the top dresses.

i think you should use people opinions as a guide but ultimatly it’s your gut you have to follow….having looked back over your posts though i can honestly say that the second dress i this one is my favourite!! x
