Ok ladies I need some help! I’m trying to lose about 30 pounds ( I really just need to tone up as my Boyfriend or Best Friend says ) I’m not un healthy I weigh about 145 ish ( it goes from 138-145).
I used to be a solid 125 and was super healthy due to swimming 2 and a half hours a day. I stopped about 4 and a half years ago, started dating my SO at around the same time and gained weight.
Anyway, I want to start eating healthier foods but the thing is I’m a picky eater = / I need either a website or recipes with some foods that I eat..
Heres what I eat and don’t eat-
Chicken and Turkey I don’t eat ANY other meats or fish
All types of veggies
I don’t eat alot of fruit but I do eat bananas and apples
I am willing to add some fruit to like smoothies ( if I had some good recipes lol)
I don’t eat yogurt. Ive tried and just can’t do it!
Idk it’s really hard to tell you what I eat and Don’t eat lol. Just know that I am a picky eater and I need some healthy meal choices.
Any advice or websites or anything will be really helpful!
Thanks in advance bees!

Hard-boiled eggs are a great snack with lots of protein. You can also snack on avocado, peanut butter and raw almonds. I like smoked salmon, but it’s high in sodium, so you just have to keep your portions in check.
For smoothies, don’t worry about finding great recipes. Just throw in some ice and whatever fruit you have on hand and viola! You can also throw in a handful of spinach, and you can’t even taste it. I would avoid adding juice because of the extra sugar. Protein shakes are also good meal replacements.
