I went for the traditional foundation because she said it makes for nicer pictures and because I had a few blemishes I wanted to hide.  She said I could switch over to the airbrush foundation if my skin cleared up or if I didn’t like how the photos came out.

I actually use Makeup Forever HD foundation in real life so I was okay with it, except she really piles it on!  Then add the heavy Mac powder and its like CAKED on.  But if the photos look good, that’s all I care about.

I was going to do my own makeup initially, but no matter how much makeup I put on myself, by the time I took photos on my little digital camera, it didn’t look like I had anything on!  So I figured I needed some professional help.

I’ll let you know when I get the photos – my photographer said she mailed me the disc today so I should have them by Wednesday.

P.S. Our dresses are kinda similar too!  I am wearing a Casablanca 1900 with the neckline modified to a sweetheart!

I agree with PP’s…. I love the first ๐Ÿ™‚

I also think the second style looks kind of….umm, funny(?) in profile.

I like the first one better.

OMG…I know which bridal salon you went to!!!  If it is what I’m thinking…that’s where I got my dress too.  How funny.  I tried on that dress too…I loved it but it was out of my budget.  =(  You look absolutely amazing.  So jealous!  =P

@ Berkie:  Isn’t she amazing!??  I must’ve went to over 25 different bridal salons and she was the best.  I ended up getting a Pronovias dress (all lace, long all over lace train, Fitted A line, scalloped strapless top, white sash under the bossom w/ a bow on the side)  I hope that makes sense.  ๐Ÿ˜‰

I think you have great instincts! I would go with the front from #2 with the back from #1.  From the teeny glimpse in the mirror, you look stunning!
