I wanted to see if anyone has a ring similar to the below. I think it’s beautiful, but I never wanted a 3 stone ring, so I think that’s throwing me off a bit. I’m in love with how all of the focus is on a solitaire, but this bling/setting is amazing. I like how small the side stones are, but it’s also hard to judge from a stock image if the focus will truly be mostly on the center. I am looking at stones from about 1.5-1.7 carat weight and am a size 5.75. My intention with this style ring would be to have the side stones really just look like a graduated situation into the pave.
It is noted that the min. carat weight for the two side stones is about .15 each.
Please share your like rings with ring and carat weight if you don’t mind!

Sorry if this is huge and excuse the crappy cell phone pic (awful fluorescent lighting at work). Not exactly like what you’ve posted but my center stone is 0.7 natural aquamarine, no idea how big the side stones are but they’re tiny lab-created sapphires. I measured them and they’re around 1mm diameter. Band is 1.7mm rose gold so a bit thick for my taste but sturdy for my clumsiness.

my friend is a ring designer (peter storm) and that’s basically the ring she wears (except her baskets are rose gold and sorry I don’t know any carat numbers) it’s stunning! seeing it is what made me realize maybe I don’t want a super simple ring after all lol. Like you said, all the focus is still on the center stone – like it’s a perfect frame, just to highlight it, but it is super blingy at the same time, but in a way that doesn’t take away from anything imo :p Adding some of her simpler takes on the 3 stone with small side stones..

Here is my sapphire RHR, 7mm cushion center (2 ct equivalent wt?) with 2.5mm round sides and I’m a size 5.25. That ring is gorgeous! I think it would look great. I love how the three stone is distinct but fades really well into the pave!

My time to shine:
My center Stone is .83 ct and side stones are .32 tcw, so about .16 ct each. Finger is a size 5.75.
I had bought cheap Walmart rings to see what I preferred. I love my 3 stone.

I honestly don’t love traditional 3 stone rings either, but when I saw this setting I fell in love

My three stone engagement ring has pears but they’re considered quite small at .21tcw, my center stone is a .60ct and I wear a size 5. The profile photo shows that the center stone is raised above the side stones and band and I really love that part as it makes the center stone pop and appear almost solitaire-like from different angles and from a distance but still with the added bling of a three stone! 🙂

3 stone with smaller side stones is my favorite look ever! All the rings are fabulous. I showed an inspo ring to my fiance, and that one had bigger center stone but big stones in my country are not a thing and my fiance decided that wasn’t a good look and went for 0.37 center and .05 each side stones.

vvbee43 : three stone is my favorite 😍
my center Stone is 1.25 ct; not sure about the rubies. The diamonds in the sides graduate in size out from the center – they’re all single cut diamonds, no idea of total carats

I have a 1.29ct center with 2mm side stones 😊
