Micheals always has great coupons on frames, and I do see nice picture frames whenever I visit their store [which is very often]  I havent bought any myself so I cant vouch for the quality but thats a good place to start looking though. I love their coupons!

TJ maxx! I like to give them as shower gifts and they always have nice ones.

Goodwill and other thrift stores, surprisingly.  They have tons of really nice ones for dirt cheap.

Kohls. I go a 5×7 for like 6 bucks and an 8×10 for 7!

I also think Michael’s has great frames, and you can almost always get coupons for Michael’s on their website.  Here’s my question, who are you having print your wedding pictures you’re giving as gifts?  I also want to give wedding pics as gifts, but haven’t decided who has the best templates to use to create the project.

Hobby Lobby has great ones, and they go on sale frequently. Also, Aaron Brothers has great quality ones, a little pricier, but in January and July I think they do a “buy one, get one for a penny” sale, so if you’re buying a few, it’s a great option!

ikea! very cheap.

go to michael’s during a b1g1 sale (those are frequent) and bring your 50% off coupons. you could also search goodwill and spray paint them all the same color if you’re looking for that.

Not sure how much you’re looking to spend/size of pics, but crate and barrel has some reasonably priced ones that are really nice.  ikea is a good place too.

Since you’re in Los Angeles, have you tried Aaron Brothers yet?  All of their frames are solid wood or metal rather than the composites or plastics that you find at other places, and they have good sales all the time.

I saw some nice ones in Walmart of all places, and I’ve had good luck at Target before.
