Hi hope someone could give me some advice…
I want to get my ears pierced for my wedding which is on the 9th Feb. I know I have left it to the last minute, but just want to find out, if by some miracle if i do get them pierced ill be alright?
When I was younger, I had them pierced and let them close up, as my ears got infected, I think thats why I have been hesitant about getting them done, but now so many people have said it will make such a difference on the day!
Please help 🙂

IF you have them done, have them done properly. This means in a clean, reputable piercing/tattoo shop, done by a certified piercer, with a hollow needle, gloves, etc. DO NOT HAVE THEM DONE ANYWHERE THAT USES THOSE DISGUSTING PIERCING GUNS.
You will have to take care of them–salt soaks every day, not touching them, not removing the earrings, etc. You will not be able to have pretty earrings for the wedding because the holes will not be healed by then. You will likely be wearing cbrs for a while, though I don’t know other options available (rings are better during the healing process).

Amen. If the piercer isn’t using a hollow point needle, don’t let them touch you. Though frankly, you won’t be able to use anything cute for the wedding by then anyway, if I were you I’d wear clip ons or swanky ear cuffs.
