I have been doing pilates for years. When I first started I lost a lot of weight. Since then I have gone back up and evened out. The moves are hard at first but it an amazing workout. Really recommend Mari Winsors original DVD’s.

I love Pilates too, especially when done on a stability ball. I only have one DVD by Mari Winsor but didn’t particularlyc are for it. I do Pilates on days I don’t feel very energetic. Today I worked out on the Bowflex and finished with an ab workout.

I have Winsor Pilates and love the workouts. My husband tried it with me and he was impressed with how hard it was! 🙂
