So I am kind of stuck. I have 12 vases (about 7 in tall and 3 in wide). I really want to get ivory pillar candles in different sizes. I’m wondering if it would look weird/have the same effect if I put different size pillar candles in the same size vases.
Let me know what ya think!

ARe you saying multiple candles of different heights all in one vase together? Or one candle per vase but they are all different heights? Are you using these as centerpieces? If not, what are you using them for?

One candle per vase (candles would all be different heights but vases would all be the same height). I would use them to put on a grand piano during cocktail hour and across a stage during the reception.

I would probably prefer the look of the candles if they were just not in the vases at all… but that’s probably not the best idea on top of a piano. As long as the vases are clear I think it will look fine. Your eye will be drawn to the difference in height of the candles rather than the similar hights of the vases.

I think candles of varying sizes in similar or different size vases would look lovely! But, to add dimension, pick up a few cylinder vases from Dollar Tree!
The candles would look great without vases too! Although, they would have to be put on a platter or charger.

I think it would look pretty. In fact, i think it would look more dynamic than candles that are all the same size.
