Hello ladies —
Just wondered if any of you knew where to find big pillar candles. We are making our pillars for our church ceremony and I am wanting to put on top of them candles and hurricanes. I am looking for 6″ or 8″ diameter white candles but everywhere I have looked are SOOO expensive. Any one have any ideas?

have you looked online? a candle that big won’t come super cheap, but i’m sure you could find a lot of bargains through google.

I’m wondering if you could make them yourself-inside of a round container? Suggestions include using a silicone cake pan-but maybe that is not tall enough. Maybe you could use institutionalized fruit or veggie containers? Or plastic 1 gallon utility buckets. And then cut the bucket off of the candle? I don’t know about the price of wax-but here is a site? I found this site by googling-I don’t have any connection. Or save your coupon for wax at craft stores. Good luck.

I’ve seen pillar candles at Walmart and Target, but also look at Save on Crafts.
