yellow was my first thought but also would be careful, you don’t want to make it look to “Eastery”

I totally made up the word eastery Tongue out

I think a light shade of green or brown would be nice too.

I’m doing shades of pink and ivory. I think yellow would be pretty too, very springy. I like Gold (and thought about it for awhile for my wedding) but I wanted something light and since its just in small amounts thats why I chose Ivory.

I really like the way black and pink look together, if you were planning an evening wedding that could work.

@SoontobeMrsA: too funny, I am anti brown too.

I like black much better. 🙂

We are doing brights:  green, fushia, orange with some pops of purple. Here are our invites (no purple on them)  I also had trouble avoiding too much eastery.

@SoontobeMrsA: I don’t have most of my pictures with me at work, here’s an inspiration board I did in like 6 seconds at work, not the best but gives “somewhat” of an idea

I’m oddly having trouble with this post, but the invites are from weddingpaper divas, the pockets are from cards and pockets.
