I had an account a few months ago, but I deleted it.
I decided to sign up again, and with the help of a kind Bee, I got another invitation, as Pinterest didn’t send me another when I requested.
Now I have tried to sign up again using my new invite and it tells me my email address and username are already in use. I tried to log in using this email address and it tells me there is no account in that name. And even though I thought I deleted my old account, when I do a search it is still there.
Can any wise bees help me to either get my old account running again, or somehow be able to use this email address to make an account. I would really rather not have to make an new email address, although I figure this wouldn’t work anyway because of the facebook linking.

maybe the forgot password? then it will email you a link with your id?

Maybe sign up with a different email and password? Other than that maybe you could call if they have tech support?

I’ve only ever had 1 account, but I’ve been experiencing a lot of errors lately. I’ve been wondering what the deal is, or if its just me.

@pccl:I have been noticing errors if I use it a lot. Most of the time I just have to clear my cookies.

@pccl: if clearing cookies doesn’t work, just sign up for a new hotmail address and don’t link it to any facebook account.

@FaceReality: I tried that as well! It lets me change my password but then when I try to log in it tells me I don’t exist! Craziness! How could I possibly change a password on an account that doesn’t exist?
I couldn’t find any evidence of a support email existing, so I emailed the only address I could find, the [email protected] etc one, but I imagine they will take forever to get back to me on that one. How frustrating.
