There’s an old tradition amongst some brides in Pittsburgh, where the mother of the bride, mother in law, sisters, grandmothers, whatever all make millions (okay, hundreds) of different kinds of cookies for the wedding day. They get their own table, and it’s normally pretty gorgeous. Have any of you Brides done this? Do you have photos?

I had no idea this was just a Pittsburgh tradition until I started planning my own wedding! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a wedding without a giant cookie table, and I can’t wait to have my own cookie table…I’ve got some great cookie bakers in my family!
