I haven’t done PiYo but I did TurboFire by the same trainer, and will be starting ChaLEAN Extreme in a few weeks.  Honestly, I think any workout that gets you going every day is worth it, and I’ve had good luck with the Beachbody programs.

bywater :  I hate the gym. I use a streaming class for ballet and a membership to chose my workout for day. I love it. It’s a lot of piyo combined with traditional,ballet for the strengthening. 

I can see that I’m missing the support you might get at a gym, but I’m a very private person so this works for me.

I personally didn’t like it.  I like her other programs better.  I feel like this one was too slow for me.  But hope it works for you and you like it!
