@Firinne:  My only question is, when will this contraption arrive, and is there some drug I can take that will allow me to sleep until then? I WANT IT NOW.

I don’t see a problem with this at all. For something as simple and formulaic as pizza, I think it’s probably much better and safer to use a machine than a human. Keep in mind that human chefs still create the recipes that the machine makes.

As a New Yorker who takes pizza very seriously, I have serious problems with this, and I actually might have nightmares. As a matter of fact, I think Congress should pass an emergency bill outlawing these abominations.

Kidding obviously. It’s a free country, if people want to eat crappy pizza from a vending machine, by all means, have at it.

Is there a chance the pizza might actually be tasty?  Well, anything’s possible I guess.

@VAwife: I totally disagree with your opinions on handmade vs. machine made pizza, for the record.

(shakes head) what is going on with the human race? I cannot believe this is a true machine… and who would buy a pizza from that? How old are the ingredients? What happens if the fridge part “goes” and you get bad meat or rotting veggies? What happens if someone doesn’t come to check on it for days at a time? Hoo Boy!

    Okay, end of rant…

I’m quite iffy on this.  While I love pizza, I have my doubts that this would be very tasty pizza.

ETA: Oh, and Chicago deep dish is far superior to NY style pizza.

Disgusting.  Can you imagine the preservatives needed to keep a pizza in a vending machine?
