We used Wilderness Safaris to book a lot of our honeymoon (we went to South Africa on safari, and then Beguerra Island in Mozambique). We also had a travel agent through Frosch Travel who basically took care of the whole thing–we told her what we wanted and she came up with sample itineraries and places to stay, and we picked what we liked. Yay! You’ll love it–such an amazing experience!!!

Start with TripAdvisor. You can do some initial legwork (or even book the whole thing yourself if you wanted to) on the site through the reviews of people who have traveled to those places that you are interested in visiting. For an actual travel agent, try searching for one by specialty (Africa) on ASTA or NACTA websites which are the trade associations for travel agents.
