I’m very newly engaged and have one burning question for the married and planning bees: what planning aide/guide did you use?
I’m was just having a casual conversation with my SO about seasons and whatnot, but it quickly turned into budget and spiraled into me feeling like I need some guidance. So please tell me what planning tools you have used and loved. I love keeping track of things online, but would ideally like something that offers both (a paper binder with an online or computer part to match).
Thanks for the help!!!

My Matron of Honor got me a stack of magazines and a GREAT binder when she heard the news, and that binder’s been a lifesaver! I really liked the Real Simple Weddings magazine since it had chapters to read through and ideas of what to expect in ‘wedding world.’ (I had no idea all of the different details I was going to be looking at and organizing!)
I’ve not used any online programs though, but I hope some other bees have some great advice, as I’d like that as well! I do recommend, whatever you go with, making a document on your computer listing every date that you sign a contract, send in a payment/deposit and how much, when the next payment or total sum is due, etc. Then you can easily say “I paid out ‘x’ on ‘x’ date and the balance should be ‘x'” if anything does come up.
