rvrmtn10 :  I went through several of the different free online posts about what gets done when. Then I eliminated anything that didn’t apply to me as I’m having a tiny destination wedding. Then I broke it into weeks before the wedding. So instead of looking at a big ass list it has one or two tasks for each week. Much more manageable. Everything is in the same and when I complete something I just put a note next to it or an X.

Google Sheet so I can share the joy with Mom and Fiance. we have tabs for every thing, including a timeline with due dates and completion dates. I thought I was okay with Excel, but Fi minored in accounting and showed me the joy of a pivot table lol.

I also use Google Sheets, it’s a lifesaver! You can pretty much make an entire digital wedding binder on there.
