So I’m brain dead when it comes to the advanced capabilities of Excel (or even the basic ones!!). I was going to ask my Maid/Matron of Honor to do this for me, since she is very good at it and is finance, but she’s got enough on her plate right now!!
Are there any easy to use, accurate wedding planning templates you could suggest? We are at the point where we are getting quotes from vendors and need to start tracking these costs more accurately.

kaleidoscope: That’s the one I am using, only I added two more columns of “spent” and “left to spend” to keep track. It works amazingly well

Check out Wedding Wire for a really good budget and tracking page, it’s easy to use and they give you suggested amounts to start with and you can adjust from there. You can also export it to excel if you want to!

I use the weddingwire budget sheet… I love how it can break it down into every. single. item. I need for the wedding, and it shows how much money I’ve spend, and how much money we’ve projectively spent… plus, it’s a website so I can log into it on my phone or tablet to see exactly what I need and when.
It also gives me reminders for when payments are do, and a wedding checklist of things that need to be done!
