I would suggest using MyFitnessPal to track your calories (and also to make sure you’re getting a good mix of carbs/fat/protein) as well as getting started on a weightlifting routine.

I am so glad i am not the only one! I have been super skinny my whole life! My nickname in High School was “bones”…
I have been under a lot of stress and not exercising too much lately so I am under 100lbs now πŸ™ (I’m 5’2).

I have noticed that when I run (I am a “long distance” runner, mostly half marathons) I gain some mass, especially on my legs. I have NO boobs, and have never gained boob size, so yeah… the only thing that has made them fuller was when I was on birth control (I’m off it now, considering going back into it). When I run, I eat plenty of carbs, most of them healthy whole grains. Tons of eggs, almond butter, nuts, etc. but yeah… I would also like to gain a few pounds before my wedding…

Good carbs, healthy fats like nuts, olive oils and avocados.

Or, I can gift you a few pounds that I’ve got lying around.

ETA-how about bulk up shakes???

Obviously eat as much as you can, but lifting weights will help too. Lift heavy like 2-3 times a week and you should build some muscle mass, and get hungrier!

Are we related? Hehehe I have had the same problem all my life and also am working towards gaining more weight for the wedding. So far I have gain 10lbs, would to love to gain another 5-10, but I know that it won’t be easy. I have been tracking my food, adding extra calories, drinking shakes as well and working out to tone up more. It has helped me.

Because of the fast metabolism, I eat a lot during the day, like 5-6 times, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and a light snack not too long after, really thou I’m always eating but eat healthy. There’s a lot of site that can help also.

@Artificial-Sweetener:  Oh but you can have shakes withouth the ice cream. I work for a supplements company and I take their shake that you can mix with water, I just add the fruit with the water, blend it and it makes a yummy shake, it’s called progain.

Can you have peanut butter?

I’m willing to donate a few pounds.
