I’ve also had a couple of reconstructive things done, but probably wouldn’t have cosmetic plastic surgery.

I’ve never had plastic surgery done, but if I have the money one day and want to, I don’t see why not.

I had a tummy tuck about 2 years ago.  I had lost over 90 lbs and had a lot of extra skin that I was self-conscious about.  I was also really sick of having to tuck my skin into my pants lol.  It was the best thing I could have done – I have a lot more confidence in my body and it was a reward and reminder of all the hard work I put in to get the weigh off.

I have not, but voted I don’t rule it out for the future!

A former roommate of mine had a nose job. She absolutely loved the results and I thought it was great she did something she had always wanted to. It turned out great.

You need an option of YES I would but can’t afford to…. Cause I would have voted that way 🙂

If I could afford it, I’d have a breast reduction TOMORROW! They’re actually not that big (DD), but too big for my liking…they just get in the way! Of course, my fiance would kill me…

But for real, I’d like to get a tummy tuck someday, especially if I have another baby, just to get rid of that baby flab that makes it impossible to find decent jeans that fit!

I want boobs, but won’t (probably won’t ever) until after I have kids…

It isn’t really my thing. However, I’m overweight, and if I can loose enough weight it would be nice to do something about extra skin.

I’m definitely not opposed to it in the future. I almost got a nose job when I was 19 but the thought of the actual surgery scared me

I’d like to have surgery to fix my nose. I got hit in the face by a basketball as a kid and broke it, but I guess my mother didn’t think to take me to the hospital to have it reset. I have a giant bump in it and it’s crooked and my septum is screwed up. I don’t want a new nose or anything, but I’d like it to look the way it originally did.

I was bit by a dog in the face when I was 2 and had to have plastic surgery to repair my eyelid. I wouldn’t get cosmetic surgery though.

I haven’t had any, don’t plan to, but I’ll never say never. I don’t have anything against people who do decide to have something done.

I have technically had plastic surgery, but it was the lamest kind ever. I got a huge piece of wood stuck under my nail and it became very swollen and painful.  When I went to my normal doctor, he explained that he wasn’t allowed to take it out because it required an anesthetic. I was referred to a plastic surgeon, because technically that’s what the surgery was, and he did the surgery right there in his office.

I’m actually surprised at the number of, “never wills.” If you have breast cancer and get a masectomy, would you not get reconstruction? What if you were attacked by an animal, would you not get surgery to try and repair your face/body? What if you got severe burns?

It seems that many people have a negative view of plastic surgery, but it is necessary sometimes. I think many people are just not aware of its uses.
