@DuckEBee:  I had my nose done, but because I broke it. I shattered the bone on my bridge of nose and then my entire nose collapsed internally. It took two surgeries to fix it so I could breathe normal again. I would not want to do that again.

I’d consider having a boob lift one day.

I have had my breasts done twice! along with botox and fillers.

    Nothing crazy though! LOL

No, I know someone who died after a tummy tuck. Her 13 year old son found her on the floor. As much as I’d love a perfect body, surgery isn’t worth the risk to me

ETA: for medical reasons, I would do it, just not elective procedures

@DuckEBee:  I had a nose job and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I’ve known since I was 12 that I wanted a nose job and a boob job, so that’s next on the list after I’m done having babies. I’m all for cosmetic surgery if you’re doing it for yourself and not others or because of the pressure to look a certain way. I feel more confident now and don’t feel self conscious when people are looking at my face or side profile and it’s sad that there are actually people who criticized my decision. It’s almost as if the way I felt was not nearly as important as their beliefs. The only opinions that mattered besides my own were my parents and my Fiance, who was my bf at the time. At the end of the day, we women need to feel good in our own and be happy.

Honestly I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately… I would consider a boob job. I don’t even fill an A cup, I have a great body (5’4″ 110 pounds), big butt (which the Fiance LOVES!!), and then just nothing on top. It’s not proportionate. I wear small tops and large bottoms! Also, I would LOVE to be able to fill out a swimsuit top or a bra for that matter. Strapless dresses are out of the question because they just fall down on me and I would like to have the option to wear one! It’s not so much a lack of confidence as it is an inconvenience. If I can afford it I think I would like to do it in the future… just to about a B size cup!

I voted no, but then realized I really want to get laser eye surgery.  I’m hoping to get it done early this year too, as long as I’m a good candidate and I don’t chicken out.

Other than that, I can’t think of anything I’d want done at this point.

@DuckEBee:  If I had the money I’d get my tummy sucked off. I don’t mind being fluffy, but man I hate my baby tummy.

    I’d also get Lasik.

I would consider breast implants as an option, but it’s not a serious consideration right now. After I’m done having kids, I would also consider a breast lift.

Definitely a tummy tuck after I finish having kids. But for good reason – my baby was 11 lbs 4 so I wasn’t exactly left with a flat stomach! So once I have finished having kids (want two more) then I would get the surgery.

I have natural F cup boobs and once I have more babies I am sure they will start to go a bit further south so maybe look at a lift for them, but I wouldn’t want them much smaller. I am very used to them and reducing them would make me feel like I was changing myself too much. And well… BOOBS, right?

@blueEyes90:  +1 on nose surgery. I had to have my septum repaired twice due to trauma, and that was the most painful experience of my life. If anyone is to ever get elective nose surgery, I’d get admitted to the hospital for 48 hours afterwards for pain control. Frickin’ awful.

I have already told my SO that I am getting implants after I am done having children/breast feeding. I want lip injections as well, but I’d like those now.

As a life-long member of the IBTC, I used to think I’d eventually get implants one day, but I’ve definitely changed my mind. Yeah I’d like bigger boobs, but I’m not so uncomfortable in my current skin that I find it distressing enough to get one. Plus if I ever did get a boob job I really wouldn’t get anything THAT much bigger than what I am now- probably a nice full C cup max. So, I dunno it just seems like a lot of hassle for a little bit of extra boob. Plus there can be some real advantages to being small-chested- my boobs never get in the way.. I hardly notice that they are there lol

@DuckEBee:  i mean, i might. i’d get a boob job but not before i have all the kids i want and breastfeed them. i might get other minor things done in my 50’s, like a small face or brow lift here or there. probably not botox or any ‘injections’ like cheek implants or anything crazy.

@DuckEBee:  Haven’t had any work done, yet. I have always told DH that after we are finished having children I would like to have my boobs done. Anything else isn’t really of interest to me right now.

I have always wanted a boob job. Me and my best friend thought about it years ago and thought maybe would could get a discount if we both got it done at the same time! Lol joking! I plan to get some botox though in the next year or so cause I hate my forehead wrinkles
