    I don’t care what other people do, but I find the idea nauseating, and would only consider it for something like reconstruction after cancer.

    I love my healthy body, perfect or not, and the idea of damaging it for no reason freaks me out.

    @musician32992:  Well, hopefully I was much younger than your grandmother’s age when I had it done, lol.  Mine was small, according to my surgeon.  He even teased me that I needed other work done more than that, which I didn’t find that amusing.  😉  But – the thing was it was something that bugged me about myself even if anyone else didn’t really notice it that much.  So I did it as a gift to myself.  I really don’t even think I’ll ever have anything else done.  Not that I’m perfect, far from it, but nothing else bugs me the way that did.

    @musician32992: he is against plastic surgery but he pulls on it to “be funny?!” That’s messed up.

    I voted I’ve had work done but that’s not entirely correct. I had a breast reduction but it wasn’t for cosmedic reasons. I’ve had severe neck/back problems and that’s why I did it. The cosmetic/aesthetic benefits were just extra bonuses. I don’t think I would have anything done purely for aesthetics.

    @bklynbridetobe:  +1

    Ive already told my fiance that I need those tatas lifted, rotated, whatever it takes to make them look the way they do now but after I have kids. All the other stuff, meh, not needed. Diet and exercise will handle that.

    @musician32992:  wow. FH loves to joke around and mess with me but never something he knows is hurtful to me. More power to you I guess!

    I’ve had a breat reduction in 2009.

    I was 130 pounds with a 34 DDD+ ( + because I wasn’t special ordering any bras from Layne Bryant and I was squeezing in what I had…)

    I had a reduction to a 34 B – Insurance covered 90% of the surgery.  I went through a lot of steps prior to surgery along with physical therapy, which they had to fail me, they did due to posture related back/neck pain. Then I had to get pictures taken and submitted to the insurance company for approval.  That was a long emotional wait.

    They approved and I had my surgery. Worth every penny of that 10% that I had to pay out of pocket  —-painful, very very painful, but very worth it!

    I had 2 kids and knew I was done having them also.

    I haven’t had plastic surgery but would totally get it if I had the money.

    I’d love liposuction on my hips, butt and knees. But that would cost a lot I’m sure.

    If I have kids in the future and my boobs are sagging then I’ll get a lift.

    @MrsDrRose612:  mean, have you seen Vicki from RHOC?  Not a good look.

    I feel so bad for her. She looked fine before, but she let other people influence her about her looks. Now she looks far worse IMO.

    I can’t even go to a physical without a panic attack. I doubt i’ll be volunteering for plastic surgery! But, maybe i’ll change my mind in the future. Who knows?
