Either add Miss or Ms for your OR remove the Mr. for him

The time of your ceremony is in the afternoon not evening

Remove the zip code for the venue

Formal Adult Reception…do you want them to wear formal attire? If so, formal attire should be stated on the bottom right of the invite

Remove the adult part too. Your RSVP is clear with number invited.

I prefer…reception to follow or reception immediately following better than the two lines you have listed

RSVP Is it too much work to do this?

2 seats have been reserved for you

@ForeverAndEverAfter:  Is it at a church? If not, you’ll want to write “pleasure of your company” instead of “honor of your presence.”

I see that you’re getting married in Florida. Any reason why you spelled “honour” with a U? If you’re going to spell it that way, be consistent and use “favour” and “honour” in your RSVP.

Four o’clock is considered to be in the afternoon, not evening.

Lastly, be consistent with your capitalization.

@ForeverAndEverAfter:  from everything I read to properly address invites the zip is left off. Do you have a wedding website that guests can refer back to? If so, I would add a line about “guests traveling with children” sittercity.com and care.com are two websites to help you locate a babysitter for the evening.

i would spell out July eleventh – since you did on the invitation.

four is definitely afternoon, and i don’t think Formal Adult Reception To Follow Immediately Following Ceremony needs all those capitals – none of those things are proper nouns.

you’ve got ‘honoUr’ on the invitation and ‘honor’ on the rsvp

    otherwise looks great to me!

    Adult Reception to follow

No way is four o’clock an evening time, so it should be listed as afternoon.  You don’t need to indicate that the wedding is formal.  They should be able to tell by the formality of the wedding invitations you have selected.

Also if you are not getting married in a church, the correct etiquette is to request the pleasure of their company.  Requesting the honor of their presence is reserved for weddings held in a house of worship.  Saying it because it sounds fancier, just looks silly.

I put adult reception to follow on my wedding invitation.  I know it’s not proper etiquette, but my guests seriously don’t know the difference.  I also went to the trouble of making sure to list all guests who were invited on the invitation.

Yes, you should remove the zip code on the address.  The most formal invitations do not even have the address, just the name of the location and city/state.

It’s not necessary to use Mr. or Ms. on the invitation.

The time should be on a separate line.  I don’t remember what gets capitalized, because my invitation was in all caps.
