(Closed) Please critique my menu (Is this enough food?)

@seree:  Sounds enough to me.  As for left overs, I would probably suggest after the main and desserts – about an hour or two later, bringing out the antipasto etc so that people can nibble, just leaving them around on tables etc as they were at the beginning.  After some alcohol, people will really appreciate something to soak up all that buzz (Our venue left the side plates out for our guests and they were munching away all night – and all said they were realyl glad of it).  Then later on you could do the same with the desserts, and then whatever’s left over – provide some plastic bowls and tell the people to help themselves – why not!

Personally I would do the cheese platters first and then maybe bring out the antipasti later on as well – just so the cheese is clearly seen as it’s own course.  What do other Bees think?  Thoughts?

Sounds like a lot of food to me.

As for the take away plates check with the caterer first, a  couple of them that we looked at and including our current caterer have a take away clause because of food safety reasons according to them anyways.
