I think that’s a unique design. It looks pave, but that’s something that the jeweler probably made up. I’d have it custom designed or buy that one!

Since it is such a unique design, I don’t think you could walk into another jeweler and ask for such-and-such setting, but when describing styles you like to other jewlers, I would probably tell them that you found a ring you like with a half bezel set center stone that had pave diamonds on the setting, with a split shank over a row of channel/pave/? diamonds. At least that sort or kind of explains the various elements you like. Good luck on Saturday! It is really pretty. I would love to see pictures of it on your hand for how high up the center stone sits.

PS — I have never heard of this Bez Ambar before, but I went to the website, and I think my jaw is on the floor. I found possibly the most stunning ring I’ve ever seen (besides my own… erm, of course)!

In their specials section, this ring was originally almost $4k, and it is not even an engagement ring. Also, they don’t come with center stones, so that will be additional cost.

Seriously, good luck on Saturday! 🙂

I think Amaryllis is spot on—my description—SUPER BLING!!!  HAHA  Yeah, I definitely agree on the half bezel set center stone and the pave set diamonds all over the setting.
