So we just got our invites today! I went to address them and I’ve already ran into some problems.
If your friends with “Kim” and at inviting her husband and son would you put:
Kim, John, and Sam Smith
or Kim Smith and Family
If your finds with Jane and she is unmarried but you are inviting her, her daughter, and boyfriend would you put:
Jane Reed and Family
Jane Reed, Mike Smith, and Katie
We are inviting kids so I didn’t want to not included them or would the just know without putting their names since it does not say no children.
Also there’s no insert inside that we would be able to but more specific names.

If Kim only has the one son, I would address to “The Smith Family”.
As for the second one, I would address it to Jane & Katie Reed and Mike Smith. OR.. you could do Ms. Jane Reed & Guest, and one the second line Ms. Katie Reed

@StaceyA: thank you so much! Maybe for the second one I will do “The Reed/Smith Family”?

Umm, personally, I wouldn’t… It kind of implies that Mike Smith’s family is invited too. lol.
I’d stick with Jane & Katie Reed and his name on the 2nd line, or Jane Reed & Guest and Miss Katie Reed.
Something like that… does that make sense? It can get very tough!

@StaceyA: It is tuff. I completely get what you mean though!
