So finally made a decision on what stone to replace on my ering and now I have to make a final decision on a wedding band. Both were already purchased but whatever one I don’t use will be a right hand ring.
Please help me choose between the matching channel, cushion band or no band at all. Fiance likes the channel but I think it takes away from the center stone (which I want to be the main focus on the ring)
no wedding band

hmmm this is a hard choice ! I say cushion, just because I think it keeps the focus on the stone like you said.

@Happy7: I’m not a fan of the channel set because it just seems like to much bling for me. I won’t vote for no band because I like sets unless it’s just a bands so since I’m a sucker for plain bands that’s what I like best with your ring! And that will deifinitely keep the focus on the center stone like you want. That is what I’m doing.

@JustLove25: I feel the same way. I never would have thought I’d say I owned something too blingy but I just feel uncomfortable with so much going on. I’m a jeans and t-shirt kinda gal.

@Happy7: Me too! I’ve simplified my jewelry style in the past year and only kept a few classic pieces. I used to have a lot of costume jewelry and stuff but being an active mom changed me. I can’t wear anything without my kids pulling on it and my favorite ring look is actually a blingy e-ring and plain band!
Oh and I’m totally a jeans casual type girl!

I like it alone or with a plain band, I agree with pp that there is just a lot going on with the matching band. Less is more!!! I too love the look of a blingy e-ring and a plain band, you can just never go wrong with a plain band!
Totally a jeans girl here too! I prefer wearing a few nice pieces of jewelry and @JustLove25: lol, I was just about to write the exact same thing!

Channel, since it matches so well with the weding ring, I think the cushion sticks out and actually takes! atention from the main ring.

I like the cushion band; it’s so classic.

I really like the cushion band. Not only is it timeless but I think it enhances your ring as a set while the channel one just blends.

I like the cushion band. Plus, since one or the other was going to be a RHR, it would be nice to add some sparkle to your right hand with the channel set.
