Hey Girl, My honest opinion … Do not let the lack of excitement by your friends affect how you feel about your dress. This is YOUR gown and if YOU had that feeling and YOU loved it then that is what matters! I tell you what, when you walk down the aisle in this gown, everyone will be thinking WOW!
When I showed one of my best friends (she is in the wedding) pictures of my gown, which I was so excited to do by the way, she said that it was nice and then commented on how cool one of the dresses was in the background of my photo. CRUSHED ME! You just have to move past others comments, and trust that you made the right decision.

If it’s any consolation, the best I can get from any friend/family member is generally “well, it COULD work, I guess.” Though one Bridesmaid or Best Man LOVED my choice for here dress, and my mom LOVES the idea of doing fireworks.

I second EVERY word Charizmatic said on here! And btw Chariz, welcome to the hive! Good luck with your dress, Bibi. It’s stunning and I’m picky as sin!

Girllll, you gotta know that that’s a “wow” dress. It has bling all over it!
I think they may not be wowed because no one pinned you into it within an inch of your life and it is clearly a little big, so doesn’t give the full effect. I think it is absolutely stunning and unique and you look awesome.
