Oooh nice venue.

So first, need earthy tones and colors.

Id put like twig baskets. Even some tweed.

Burlap on tablecothes can add to the rustic feel.

Id put large vases with small white flowers at each pillar and or vines with flowers wrapping around the pillars.

Refined Wood tables and chairs (brown or white. Brown would pop out more).

Any decorations like frames or signs etc should be wood or wood-like.

I always see baskets and flowers contributing to rustic themes preetty well.

So much you can do!

I think you can work with these themes while still maintaining the venue space’s colors (adding an additional color or two for contrast and interest). What will make a difference is layering different types of textures.

For example, if you have a sitting or lounge area, you can add soft textured rugs in black / white / grey. Get some textured poufs from Target. Tabletop decor could include branches in glass vases, or flowers in mason jars whose interiors have been coated in black or white. Maybe add feathers for an extra boho touch. Display rustic lanterns and mercury glass mirrors or vases. Have signage on whitewashed wood.
