I think your hair looks really good.

In the pictures with the make up it kind of looks like the foundation colors are uneven though. I can’t tell if it’s just the pictures, but your forhead looks kind of red/darker than the rest of your face. It looks like there should be a little less on yoru forehead and a little more on your cheeks to balance your face out. (If there was less on the forehead you might not even need more on your cheeks). I really like your lips too – is that just a gloss or lipstick also?

I would def have another make up trail (or try another artist) because the make-up does sadly look uneven and a little heavy for your pretty face

I see problems with the foundation as well. As the pp mentioned, red and too dark from your cheeks and above. Maybe it just doesn’t photograph well, but it doesn’t just look like shadows.  Otherwise, I really like it!

Your hair looks amazing. I agree with the PP and think you should have another trial with a different makeup artist. The way this one did your makeup makes you look tired. I also think you could really amp up your look with false lashes. The colors of the shadows are really pretty w/ your skintone though.

My personal rule of thumb is that if I feel like I don’t look like myself, it’s not a good makeup job no matter how pretty it is.  Do you feel like yourself?  It’s okay to be dramatic, photos can easily wash you out, but even with dramatic makeup you can still feel like you look like yourself.  It looks a little bit heavy, and you have such a pretty face.

Also, a different gloss may be a good idea; at a wedding, a lot of people are going to want to kiss your cheek and you’ll want to kiss back, and you’re going to kiss your partner on the lips at least once!

I will be brutally honest and say that it makes you look unaturally young and also the colors are all wrong for your face. The lip sheen looks very heavy and the tint is too bubble gum for your coloring. I think your eyes could pop a lot more as they are truly beautiful and I think your foundation is not even like the other girls mentioned.

I think you should really get your hair cut and add the extra layers and then do another hair trial with someone else. That woman doesn’t sound very professional. I understand you were 10 minutes late but she should complete the style so that you know what you would be getting. The trial looks very unpolished.

I would suggest maybe eyeliner on your top lids only (or lighter on the bottom). In the pictures, it looks like the bottom lid on the left has a thicker line and looks uneven to the right. As PPs have said, you are so pretty and I feel like the makeup is covering that up, rather than accentuating it!

Not digging the color or glossiness of the gloss.  I’d use a non-glossy (though creamy and/or *slightly* shiny/glossy would probably be fine) lipstick in a different shade.

I agree with PP about having another trial.  I went back and looked at your e-pics, and I like those better.  You’re so cute there!  This make up artist is not doing you any justice… it looks much too artifical? for lack of better word.

omg you remind me SOOO much of Devon Aoki!! You’re so gorgeous.

Makeup wise, I think you need to find someone else! Not sure how much you are paying, but they are not making the most of your features. Change the lip gloss and maybe add a eye shadow to crease/add depth?

Definitely another trial with someone else. I agree with PPs, your forehead looks way darker (maybe she put a ton of bronzer on?) than the rest of your face and the rest of the make up just makes you look 16!

You’re really beautiful and I think this make up is making you look made up instead of accentuating your features.
