Hi girls! I have been OBSESSING over my accessories forever! And now, with 48 days left, it’s time to make a decision and order these things!
This is my dress:
Very simple and perfect for our brunch garden wedding.
I’m trying to decide if I should get white or black pearls…
Earrings: simple white or black pearls to match the necklace
Now, the biggest thing I’ve been torn over: the headband. I’m going to wear my hair down and straight (it’s just below my collarbone) and I have bangs and they’ll be down, too(I’m a brunette). I’m not planning to wear a veil. Mr.FH would like to see me in one, but I tried one with my dress and hated looking like a bee keeper, so I don’t want one.
So, with the simple dress and necklace, I feel like the headband can be a little more dramatic, but I want it to compliment everything else and not be a distraction. Which of these do you think would be best?
Thank you so much! ♥

Personally, I”m a fan of the flower.

@Treasure43: I like it too! My only concern is how far it will stick out…I don’t want to look like I have a growth on the side of my head or something…

I like the flower too. You said that you didn’t want to wear a veil…but have you tried on any short veils that don’t cover your face?

@gc762: Oh yes! I tried a birdcage with my dress and even tucked it under until it didn’t come over my eye and hit right at my eyebrow and was asymmetrical. FH and grandma loved it, but it didn’t really feel like me, you know? I’ve considered wearing one during the ceremony but we’re on a tight budget, so if I can’t afford one, then oh well!

The feather headband is certainly more dramatic and eye-catching. I think you can get away with it because your dress and other accessories are more simple. If that’s what your personality is, I’d say go for it.

@PinkBubbleGum: Yes! The answer I wanted to hear! ;]
I’m thinking about buying both! Wearing the flower for the ceremony and the feather for the reception!

I like the flower—more romantic—but that’s my personal taste and I think either would look great!

I like the flower, not too simple but just enough.

I voted flower but I think @PinkBubbleGum: made a great point and I think either would look great!

I like the feathers better. The are fun and dramatic. The flower is cute, but on that headband it looks a little young (like little girl young). Maybe if it weren’t attached to a headband I would like it more.

The feathers with black pearls would be really cool. Great dress!
