Hi bees! Long time lurker, first time poster! I was proposed to spontaneoulsy, sans ring, in Nov and have since been in this epic quest to find my ring. It’s been ridiculous, complicated by the fact that I am so indesicive it’s almost a handicapp, and I don’t really wear jewelry (one thin silver knot ring and silver ball earrings). So, I seriously need some help! I’ve been wearing a Diamonique ring that my mom bought herself for Christmas…it’s pretty but not my style. It’s 1.5 carats…aka awkward looking on my small hand! I’ve looked at every possible setting and stone there is and I’ve finally narrowed it down to these. Help me pick, please!
Traditional solitaire. 1/4 carat.
Seller says: Officially gray brown, the hue of this 0.22 CT natural diamond grades from a champagne to pure silver to completely colorless at the very tip, giving the impression of an inner light and making it the most interesting gem that I have yet laid eyes on. It is both silver grey and chocolate brown depending on the lighting.
I love that it’s not your standard white, shiny, and huge diamond.
Totally cool, modern sterling solitaire.
I would get the pear shape. It’s equivalent to 1/2 carat. I love how simple and unique it is, while still looking like the traditional e-ring.
Black and white diamond band.
I would definitely wear this as both e-ring and wedding band. 1/4 carat tdw…so really small, yeah?
My wedding band choices:
Loooove it! So chic!
Diamond milgrain band
So, help a girl out?! Please and thank you!!!

I love the black and white twisted band… That’s what I would choose for me.

I am a traditionalist, i love the first one, but the sterling is interesting – is it a stone?

i really love the black and white diamond band! It is so unique and beautiful.

I love the black and white twist!

Lovin the black and white twisted one. The first and last traditional ones are nice too.

@miss sydney- it’s solid sterling, made from a cast of a real diamond, which is why it looks faceted! =] I think it’s pretty neat.
I love the black and white too, I’m just not sure how I feel about wearing just the one ring..,which is weird since I’m not a big jewelry wearer!
I’m also considering wearing the two bands that I like together…then I don’t have to worry about a stone at all! I don’t know, that might look weird…

The Mobius and the millgrain band would be nice together if that is what you are talking about. You could wear the diamond band as the engagement ring and add the Mobius on your wedding day.
I really love the black and white diamond band. I’m not a fan of solitaires or anything that sticks up because they tend to get caught.
The search is so much fun, but the choice is difficult!

I love that black and white diamond band, it is so unique and beautiful. As for the e-ring, all of your options here were really pretty. But I just LOVE that band!

I love the black & white diamond band too. I looked at something very similar with sapphires and white diamonds. Perhaps pair it with a black diamond solitare ring? Maybe like that top ring, but with a black diamond?

I like them all, but I LOVE the black and white diamond band and the mobius band. My vote is to get them both. That way you have an engagenment ring and a wedding band. I think they would look great together. You could also wear one on your right hand and one one your left if you didn’t want to stack them. Most days I wear my wedding band and 2 thin carved white gold bands on either side of it, so I love the stacked look. Of course, they all look fantastic, so I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them!!

I personally have a solitaire (like your first one) but I just love the black and white twisted band.

I love the diamond millgrain! However, I am biased as I have a similar ring 🙂
I love the solitaire. It looks classic but it still super unique.
