    I would discard the no-hoop slips. With all those layers, I think you’ll like having a hoop that allows you to walk more easily, especially if you’re wearing heels. Also, your dress looks more A-line than ballgown to me, so out of instinct I would go with Slip B.

    At first i picked B but then i made c for my selection because I think that the dress should stand out a little more.

    I don’t know where you’re getting the idea that some of those have hoops…if it doesn’t say hoop skirt, then it’s not a hoop skirt.  Hoops are also generally very large and noticeably affect the movement of a dress.  I personally am not a fan unless you’re wearing one as part of a period piece costume.

    You definitely need to get the dress and try it on first.  It may have a built-in petticoat.  In addition, the shop seamstress will be able to add crinoline layers directly into the dress so you don’t need to wear a slip at all.
