I am stumped on choosing my accessories. I am already seconding guessing my dress because its soo simple, maybe I should of choose something with more bling. Heres the big catch, I dont wear jewerly. That why I thought chosing this dress with the one shoulder flower would be perfect for me because I wouldnt need a necklace. I not sure what type of veil I should get or hair accessories. I feel like a hair flower might take away from the flower on the dress. And I am looking for a bangle/braclet. I need some way to add some more bling and excitement to my dress. Of course I am also thinking maybe I am too curvy for this dress. Its not alter yet. But as you can see I am so worried that I am not in love wit my dress anymore.
Please help !
Heres my dress.
Edit (The more I look at my dress the more I am hating the fower, its looks weird to me..maybe it just needs to be fluffed up)

@Mandydee: LOVE YOUR DRESS. It’s gorgeous on you and the dress itself is beautiful too. I wouldn’t wear a necklace as it’s a one shoulder strap, I think a necklace would throw it off. The flower on the strap looks good, don’t stress about it. I can see some jewel detail in the centre of the flower so your jewellery could kinda match that. As you say wear a bracelet, blingy if you want to bling it up a bit. You could wear a jewelled hair comb like below and i’d go for either a fingertip or cathedral lenght veil, though see what looks best.

I suggest all you need is a fabulous bracelet and earrings along with whatever you choose for your hair.

@Cant_wait: Ooh yeah I forgot earrings. lol

The first thing i did after i read the topic was looking at the photo before reading your text, and my first thought was “she doesn’t need any accessories, the dress is gorgeous and the flower is great, anything other than small earrings would be too much!” I definately wouldn’t wear a necklace, but i like your idea of wearing a bracelet and maybe some small matching clip-on earrings.
The flower is not weird at all, and you are definately not too curvy for the dress, you look beautiful!!

Stop hating!! You look beautiful and its not even your wedding day yet!! That dress is sooo pretty!!! Can you post a close up picture of the flower on it? I agree, stick with a simple pair of earrings and a pretty bracelet! You are going to look phenomenal on your wedding day!! No worries girl!! You picked the dress in the first place because you felt a certain way about it that you DIDN’T feel about the others you tried on, no? You look amazing!!!!!

Here a close up of the flower.
Thanks Ladies. I think I just need a picke me up. Ive been looking online for a bracelet. And I like the idea of have a hair comb or jeweled hair accessory, it will give me alittle more bling. But I think you guys are right adding too much will just sort of clash and be too busy.

First off, I think you look stunning as well (thank you for the dress compliment!), second, I don’t think you look curvy at all–I think the dress is totally flattering. I definitely think a blingy bracelet would look fantastic.
I can see something like this:
but if you don’t wear jewerly, you may hate that. I really loved the dress paired with the length of the veil in the previous picture you posted in this thread:
June 2011 bees – show your dresses off here!
so, I think its just a matter of the finishing touches–how are you planning on wearing your hair? will it be up?

I LOVE ACCESSORIES! Just thought I’d get that out there fast. 🙂
Your dress is beautiful and you look stunning in it.
Personally, I would go with simple stud earrings. Maybe some sparkle, but not too much.
To finish your look, go with a sparkly headband or a comb like Prewitt suggested, depending on how you’re styling your hair. For headbands, I suggest something like these:

WOW this is a beautiful dress!! No matter what accessories you decide on you’re going to look great! If you do want to dress up your look, I’d go with some short dangly earrings and a beautiful bracelet. Stud earrings would look gorgeous too, but wouldn’t dress it up very much. Just depends on what you want. And I definitely wouldn’t go with a hair flower; it might take away from the one on your dress.

Those are both beautiful! That’s funny, I showed that exact photo of the first hair style to my hair stylist for my trial about a month ago–she told me I needed a bump it and hair extensions but I don’t think she knows how to do hair!
Both of those would look so pretty with your dress, what I’m doing is having my trial (with a new hair stylist) and trying on my gown after–and seeing what looks best. I really do think the hair matters with different dresses. You definitely couldn’t go wrong with either of those looks though. Very va-va voom, but classy.
So many brides second guess themselves a few months before the wedding but really you will look back on it and know that you chose the right dress! Its gorgeous and you are gorgeous in it! I can only say that brides go through this whole process of second guessing everything because I’ve seen so many of my friends go through it and now, I am too.

@Heatherloveskenny: Hmm really? I think ur first hairstylist doesnt knoww hat shes talking about. I can see the second picture I might need extenisions, but I didnt think for the first. How long is your hair? Ive been growing my hair out, its to the bottom of my shoulder blades.
I definitley know second guessing is a big part of the wedding. There are soo many decisions and choices to make, your so worried you made the wrong one. Plus when your planning for a year its so hard to see how everything will look altogether. Thats a really good idea about trying on your dress after you hair trial and then you can see what looks best. The hair is VERY IMPORTANT to me !
